This sweet abode has awesome commanding views of the harbor on 2 sides; upper level is a darling furnished studio apartment with full kitchen. Lower level is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (no kitchen yet- coming in 2012). Modern bath with hot showers, quality tile and fixtures in both units. Fenced yard with fruit trees and beautiful stone terraces on the waterfront, shaded by a giant Talia nut tree. Cool prevailing breezes keep this property significantly fresher than most of the island. Plenty of room for expansion to add on more bedrooms, living area and deck overlooking water or small oceanfront guest houses for tourist rentals.

Great kayaking/ snorkeling/ fishing off the reef right in front, enjoy long low-tide beach walks, whale watching from bed; really! We observed humpback whales frolicking 100 yards from our window! Come to Tonga where you can actually swim with them!

Mystic Sands is a true gem in Vava置, Tonga. This motel is situated right on the beach with its own
pier for pickup to go diving, whale watching, sailing or sports-fishing ....... perfect for fun and relaxation.
The manager and staff will be happy to help you make the most of your holiday in Vava置. Mystic
Sands is only 10 minutes by road from Neiafu centre. The five units all have private kitchen and bathroom
facilities, and there is also a quality restaurant near by. The rooms are spacious for two adults, and up to
two extra beds can be provided. Transfers arranged, and credit cards accepted.

Hakula Lodge's two self-contained units are located on the waterfront, 2 kilometres from the centre of Neiafu and about a 30 minute boat ride to prime fishing grounds. The air-conditioned units consist of a king size bed (which can be converted into two singles) and a fold-out sofa in the lounge, an ensuite bathroom with hot and cold rain water, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a deck overlooking the beautiful harbour. There is a private jetty, pontoon and weigh station, as well as a barbeque area for guests to use. Also available are two mountain bikes and a sea kayak for hire, and a 7-seat mini bus for day tours and free airport transfers. |

There are also two beds in the lounge for accommodating larger parties. The open plan lounge is fan cooled opening out on to the large deck, with large double folding screen doors for the evenings. Possibly the best feature is the large covered wooden deck to relax around the six seat hard wood table and enjoy the fantastic views down the harbour. It is 4km out of town (quiet) which is a TOP $6 taxi ride or 5 minute boat trip. We have our own 4WD Air-con van and driver available for dining out & trips around the island at competitive rates.
