This place has it all... road access, harbour views, space, access to the water, great neighbours (don't tell Paul I said that), close to town but not to close, income possibilities! Not much more to say, but wait it gets better!!
Built by a NZ Engineer (Stevie Bason (Stevie B to most people) who built most of the major public works in Vava'u), land owned by the family of the original land owner of the best sections in the harbour - NO I'm not kidding! Unfortunately poor health drags this awesome couple away from the family home and back to NZ.
Full size house (134 sq meter), concrete foundation, all tiled interior, zincalume roof, Hardiflex, plywood and Plastic weatherboard. This sturdy house has stood the test of 3 cyclones!

There are few places left in the South Pacific which return the visitor to a bygone era – a time of ships under sail, pristine beaches, abundant marine life and traditional ways of living. Opening in 2010 the property has been subdivided into six half acre sections. Each section will retain native trees and plants for shading, bird life, and the ambience of the natural environment. A range of Unique Niche waterfront houses and apartments have an unobstructed water view over the lagoon.
Just 3km from the centre of town; handy to shopping and all the activities that Vava'u offers, then retreat to your sanctuary accommodation for rest and relaxation with bird song and snorkelling....
A Jetty is in the middle of the 6 sections where a 6.1metre Surtees fishing boat with a 100 HP Yamaha rental boat is available. There are excellent swimming areas on the property, but no sand beaches. Sand beaches are only minutes away via boat or car.

They will meet you at Vava’u Airport and transfer you to your holiday home, make sure you are settled in, and return you to the airport at the end of your holiday. All houses are within 10 min drive from the main town, Neiafu.
