Visitors will be fascinated with the various demonstrations to include the making of clothing from bark, the making of mats from leaves, the making of milk and products from coconuts, the making of beverage from plant roots, the making of essence from vanilla beans, and juice from noni fruits, and more. Visitors will hear the difference and will not forget the owner (former Director of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Food of Tonga) as tour guide presents the intriguing details of his dreams to preserve the diversity of species at ‘Ene’io Botanical Garden, learn about the survival of Polynesians before European contact, transoceanic navigation, and the preservation of history without a written language.
